Path of truth or wisdom in order to acquire Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana

The goal of the seeker of truth is to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.  Formless Soul or consciousness is both with and without universe. When it is in the form of universe it is illusion. And when it is without the universe it is reality. The mind is present in the form of universe. Universe appears as waking or dream. Waking or dream disappears as deep sleep.   The duality is present only in the waking or dream and in deep sleep there is only nonduality. The one which appears as duality and one which disappears as nonduality is the formless soul or consciousness, the innermost self. One the standpoint of the soul, the innermost self, and the three states are non-existent as reality.

The consciousness is both with and without duality but in reality there is no duality. The duality is reality only in ignorance.  Wisdom makes one realize the fact that, there is no duality in reality.  Thus there is a need to get rid of the ignorance through wisdom.

Thus it is necessary to tread the Path of truth or wisdom in order to acquire Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana

To accept both dual and non-dual aspect as reality is to miss the point: ultimate truth or   Brahman is beyond such distinctions. Ultimate truth or Brahman is absolutely ONE. In fact, ultimate truth Brahman transcends anything that can be said about It. The wise seek the Goal by dropping all the unnecessary baggage, which hinder the realization of ultimate truth or Brahman.

seeker  has  to grow from the inside out. None can teach him, none can make him spiritual. There is no other guru but his  own soul.”
