When the soul or consciousness,
the innermost self, rises as mind (universe or waking or illusion) and subsides
back its formless non-dual true nature then there is only Self-Awareness or
Brahmic- Awareness or Atmic- Awareness.
Deeper discrimination between
dual (waking or dream) and non-dual (deep sleep) experiences leads the seeking
mind in to self-awareness or Brahmic- Awareness or Atmic -awareness.
In Self-Awareness, the body ego
and the world are one in essence. In
self-awareness the form, time and space are one in essence. In self-awareness
the three states are one in essence. Thus ‘I’ awareness is not Self-Awareness
because ‘I’ is not the self.
All the senses, thoughts and individual
experiences and the world are present only in waking or dream. Waking or dream
[duality] disappears as deep sleep (non-duality). Thus what becomes dual and non-dual experience is most impotent than inquiring ‘WHO AM I?’ - -inquiry, is
limited only to waking entity or ego whereas the consciousness (soul) pervades
in everything and everywhere in all the three states. Thus it is necessary to go beyond the WHO AM
‘I’ - inquiry to unfold the mystery of the form, time and space.
