One can get rid of the inborn ignorance(I) through sword of Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Holding the 'I' as self is holding the illusion as reality.  'I' is inborn ignorance. 'I' is inborn samskara or conditioning. 'I' is cause experiencing  the illusion as reality. Therefore it is necessary to investigate to realize what is 'I' in order to unfold the mystery of mind or universe. One can get rid of the inborn ignorance(I)   through sword of Self-Knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

As person, one is within time and space. The form, time and space are within the mind.  The form, time and space rise together and subside together. Without form than there is no time and space. Without time than there is no form and space. Without space than there is no form and time. The form, time space together is mind. Thus form, time and space is mind.   The mind is present in the form of ‘I’. Thus ‘I’ is not limited to waking entity or ego but ‘I’ is the mind. And mind is whole universe.

The mind is in the form of universe. The universe appears as waking or dream.   No one has ever investigated and realized the form, time and space together is mind.

Only when the mind is present than only the form, time and space exists. The mind is in the form of universe. Form, time and space are present only when the universe is present. The universe is present only in waking or dream.

The individual experience of birth, life, death and the world are within the waking or dream. Only when there is duality there is ignorance. When there is ignorance the illusion is experienced as reality. When illusion is experienced as reality the birth, life, death and the world are experienced as reality.  If birth, life and death and world are considered as reality it is impossible to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Deeper self-search reveals the fact that, the self is neither the waking entity nor the self is dream entity but self is formless substance and witness of the three states. And the formless substance and witness are one in essence and that essence is formless   consciousness.  The consciousness (soul) is the innermost self.  On the standpoint of the innermost self: -

1.      The form, time and space are mere illusion.
2.      Three states are mere illusion.

Thus the formless substance and witness of the illusion is real and eternal. The formless substance and witness of the illusion is consciousness, the innermost self.  Thus consciousness is ultimate truth or Brahman.

Common people and primitive minds fall into faulty thinking through their inborn(I) and  inherited conditioning , such faulty thinking and reasoning  makes them accept the experience of birth, life and death as reality ; taking what one sees through  the senses  as real, taking what is apparent obvious and superficial as true because it is less troublesome.

Many People adopt the attitude that what   they know is truth. And what others say is false. This attitude makes them not to verify anything other then ‘what they know’, ‘what they believe ’what they see’ and ‘what they experience’.   One needs to be rational, not merely logical. Logic is has its value only in practical world.

As one advances towards spiritual plane he sees the logic underlying experience and becomes more rational. His reasoning is two-fold--implicit and explicit.

There is a need of facts of physical proof in scientific invention, whereas in pursuit of truth the proof has to be grasped mentally and realized.  Therefore, the truth is realized only by few who take this mental pursuit.  “Whatever facts revealed, which is un-contradictable has to be accepted as truth.

The truth based on the formless soul, the innermost self is worthwhile; without it, one has something else, not truth.  Most people refuse to venture into pursuit of truth; because they do not want to go into the root of things.

Till one gets firm conviction of the ultimate truth he has to constantly reflect on the nature of the innermost self, till he achieves the equilibrium.  Thus renouncing the worldly life is not necessary in order to acquire non-dual wisdom.
