Experience of past, present and future are within the waking experience.

Experience of past, present and future are within the waking experience. The past, present and future of the dream gets over when waking takes place. The past, present and future of the waking becomes unreal when wisdom dawns. The past, present and future   do not exist in deep sleep. The one which witnesses these three states is formless and apart. The past present and future are reality within the waking experience. Waking experience is mere illusion on the standpoint of the formless soul, which witnesses the coming and going of the three states without the physical apparatus. The formless is the soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.  Thus one has to become aware of the existence of the formless witness, which is within the three states but it is apart from the three states. 

When we constantly observe and be conscious of the formless witness, we become aware of the fact that, the three states are also consciousness, and realize the fact that, everything is consciousness in the midst of the experience of diversity.

 Since we exclude the body and the world as a matter, and view and judge the worldview on the base of the matter [body +world] as self, we remain ignorance of the reality. Thus just think the deep sleep as the true nature of the formless soul, the innermost self, where body ego and the world are totally absent, then try to view and judge the waking or dream on the standpoint of the deep sleep as soul, the innermost self. 

If we think deeply in this line, we can ‘get the perfect understanding what is truth and what is untruth. The biggest obstacle in the truth pursuit is we are fully immersed in the practical life within the practical and we consider it as reality.  But we have to make sure our practical life within the practical world is part of the waking experience and waking experience is illusion on the standpoint of the formless soul or consciousness, the innermost self. .  Thus once we becomes aware of the existence of the formless witness it becomes easier to understand, assimilate and realize non-dualistic or Advaitic truth.

 The formless Soul is our innermost self.   On the standpoint of the soul or consciousness, the innermost self, the experience of birth, life death and the world are mere mirage created out of consciousness. Thus the three states are mere mirage is created out of consciousness, thus everything is consciousness and no second thing exists other than consciousness. Thus consciousness is ultimate truth or Brahman. 

Our body and the world cease to exist without the consciousness but consciousness can exist with or without the body and the world. Thus it is necessary to realize our body and the world are one in essence.
